I have to say; when you’re with someone emotionally it can be overwhelming…
BUT DON’T LET IT GET THE BEST OF YOU.
Keep your priorities in CHECK and don’t be a let people walk over you.

It’s TOUGH to link people with their work, especially when you have developed with the people you work with. Not that it’s necessarily a bad thing, but in some cases in won’t work out.
Managing people is the hardest contraption in managing a business.
Manage time and money, stay home and be a nerd.
